The elegance of the first aromas is reminiscent of a sorbet with vine peach, blackcurrant bud and blueberry jelly. A fine delicacy, but one that keeps to itself before more intriguing, heady notes of sandalwood and Armenian paper. Superb substance on the palate, both solar and fresh. Powerful notes of crisp white fruit under delicate, well-placed bubbles. The chalky finish makes you salivate and craves a second glass with its saline edge. A youthful wine that makes you want to wait and see how it develops.
