Behind the brilliant golden color, the nose displays magnificent fragrances of toasted white fruit, spices and vanilla, carried by a light fruit liqueur, with a return to stewed exotic fruit. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, homogeneous, structured and very fresh, with notes of stewed pineapple, vine peach and vanilla seed. The finish is long and delicious. A perfect aperitif, it will delight you at family gatherings and will go well with the finest dishes, such as monkfish with Madagascar vanilla seeds or poularde de Houdan with morels.
