Chef's Restaurant It's an XXL experience in the heart of Limousin, to discover the region in its most beautiful light. In the setting of a 4* Relais & Châteaux, a beautiful period building elegantly maintained, Gilles Dudognon explores his country with desire and expertise, rolling out an exemplary regional menu. Timeless dishes rub shoulders with seasonal ideas, including the famous pâté en croûte, just-seared langoustines, Père Dufour black bacon, early peas, poultry jus and carapace foam, a rack of farm-raised veal from the Limousin region, panoufles ragout, potato palet and truffle jus, beautiful pithiviers to share or Melifera gin soufflé. Impeccable service.
