The nose is full-bodied and delicious, marked by red berries (strawberry, raspberry) and sweet pink citrus. Intense freshness on the palate, with the impression of tasting strawberry sorbet, ginger-frosted orange and orange candy all at the same time. A superb complexity that extends into a very mineral finish, marked by salivating chalk. The dosage is present, but the orange peel refreshes the palate on the finish. A lovely gastronomic rosé, which calls for rosé veal and grilled red mullet. In short, it doesn't let itself be outdone.
