The nose is pretty, with notes of undergrowth, almond, cocoa, black pepper and dried fruit. On the palate, the wine is immediately fresh and airy. The fine, creamy bubbles have a lot to do with it. This is followed by an aromatic explosion of white fruit, citrus, apple and mirabelle plum jam. A magnificent cuvée with very precise balance.
